On-Demand Training Portal: Access all course materials conveniently on our training portal. New content is released like clockwork on the 1st Monday of every month, ensuring a steady and structured learning journey.

This Zoom session introduces you to the Profit First method. We'll discuss your business, why you joined the group, and what the next few months will cover. This session provides foundational knowledge before diving into bank account setup. We’ll explore how Profit First customises to each business, and the importance of laying the groundwork for success.
This live session introduces the foundational principles of the Profit First system. You’ll get a comprehensive overview of what Profit First is and how it redefines business profit through a proactive approach. Key topics include an understanding of Parkinson's Law and the difference between traditional accounting formulas and the Profit First formula.
You’ll gather key financial reports for a full financial year (current or previous). The reports include a Cash Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Transaction Reports for loans, owner’s drawings, and payroll summaries. These figures will be entered into the Profit First calculator to assess where your money is going. Don’t worry if the initial assessment reveals a negative profit; this is common and part of the journey to improvement.
